SFE主管（藥企）
崗位目的：支持營銷系統(tǒng)銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析、銷售指標(biāo)與人員配置管理、業(yè)績跟蹤、獎金方案設(shè)計、計算與分析。
主要職責(zé):
1、 日常銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理及營銷管理制度修訂完善；
2、 銷售指標(biāo)設(shè)定與人員配置規(guī)劃工作；
3、 銷售隊伍績效分析跟蹤反饋；
4、 銷售獎金方案的設(shè)計及運用分析；
5、 其他上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的工作。
任職資格:
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、 4年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷售或數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，有醫(yī)藥行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3、 熟練使用Excel、 PowerPoint、Word, 具備VBA和SPSS使用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
4、 熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析方法及工具，了解基礎(chǔ)的業(yè)務(wù)知識；
5、 良好的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；
6、 具備一定的項目管理能力，工作細致，具有較強的抗壓能力。
