銷(xiāo)售助理
主要職責(zé)：
1、 負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售費(fèi)用報(bào)銷(xiāo)的審核及登記工作；
2、 負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售同事的日常工作支持工作；
3、 負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域費(fèi)用報(bào)銷(xiāo)的流程追蹤及控制；
4、 與公司其他部門(mén)的聯(lián)絡(luò)、匯報(bào)、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、配合；
5、 完成上級(jí)交給的其它事務(wù)性工作。
任職資格：
1、 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、數(shù)學(xué)等專(zhuān)業(yè)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、 2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，有醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售行政工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3、 細(xì)致耐心，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，注重團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感；
4、 熟悉辦公室行政管理知識(shí)，熟悉辦公軟件；
5、 有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；有良好的紀(jì)律性、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)助作以及服務(wù)創(chuàng)新精神。
