職位描述：
The role of NPD Marketing Executive is to assist NPD Marketing manager to develop innovations for dietary supplement etc. categories. He/she will closely work with cross function teams to ensure NPD on time delivery and develop commercial plan for all related new launches.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work with cross function project teams to develop new products, which includes NPD idea, product concept, formula, product design and supply
- Work with cross function teams to develop launch plan with strong marketing mix.
- Investigate and analyze the competitive landscape, consumer insights and trends to identify innovation opportunities. Validate and prioritize these opportunities and come up with the NPD pipeline proposal
- Prepare approval and review decks, cross function team communication to get alignment with both local and global management team’s alignment
- Initiate NPD launch budget (Consumer & Retail channel), well track and adjust according NPD progress.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as project management and presentation skills.
- Ability to exploring/analyzing market & consumer insights and good marketing acumen.
3. Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor or above, 3-5 years of marketing experience in Pharmaceutical OTC business or FMCG company
- 2+ years of NPD management and commercial launch experience is better.
- Frequent in oral and written English(Must), NPD & Brand management knowledge and consumer research knowledge
