工作職責:
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES DUTIES
Medical Operation & Communication Specialist is responsible for supporting to medical director for VOC Oncology Greater China Medical Affairs for the overall strategic planning on team vision, mission, culture, objectives and goals for the organization management and long term development of Medical team. Leading medical talent development programs and medical team training programs. Building a dynamic, multi-faceted MA functions with complementary strengths across multiple dimensions. Managing medical team budget and phasing, Developing and leading Medial Communication programs for internal and external stakeholders
1. Medical Department Development Strategy
To support Medical Director for the overall strategic planning on team vision, mission, culture, objectives and goals for the organization management and long term development of the Medical Team to ensure all strategy and tactics in accordance with the Pfizer Core Values and meet the needs of the ever-changing healthcare environment.
– To lead the Medical Department meeting activities organization in accordance with the Pfizer Core Values & VOC Culture and ensure all staffs engagement within the team.
– To collect and summarize medical key strategy, tactic and accomplishment by extracting the key value and to share with global medical team, business partners external collaborations to enhance medical department reputation.
– To facilitate coordination and integration across different medical data and knowledge to achieve external (especially for government) recognition for providing credible and unbiased medical information.
– To lead and organize Medical Affairs team training and internal meeting
2. Medical budget managment
To manage Medical Affairs budget and phasinig to ensure medial operation, programs, and experence on track. To align with financial colleagues and BU operation colleagues to manage medical budget phasing .
– To lead medical team to collect medical budget and submit data into Tactical Matrix system
– To cooperate with financial colleagues to manage medical budget in LE2,LE3, LE4 phasing
– To monitor and track medical programs phasing to ensure on track
3. Medical Communication Strategy and Programs
To develop a deep understanding of HCP’ needs that encompasses the HCP insights from different healthcare stakeholders. To identify and understand new medical influencers and to develop effective and innovative ways to interact and partner with them. And to require a more flexible engagement model that adapts to a changed communication landscape and captures opportunities utilizing multiple channels, including electronic and digital media.
To support Multi-Channel Medical (MCM) Programs by innovation
– To manage key medical channels by developing, integrating, extending and maintaining internal and external medical communication channels to engage customer in real-time, customized, broader coverage, cost-effective, richer, standard, flexible, convenient plateforms by advanced technology.
– To coordinated the medical channels with medical projects and ensure maximal effectiveness and value-added.
– To support the new business model from MCM insight by cooperating with TA on mapping different channels to different tiers of clinical paths and stakeholders to maximize external medical communication both with different stakeholders.
– To optimize and enhance cross function & department communications on medical channel development, integration and promotion to build medical scientific branding with one strong medical voice.
– To drive rigorous standards of medical integrity, particularly in medical writing, communication of data and interactions with external healthcare providers.
– To design and coordinate MCM branding strategy by making internal & external stakeholders deeply understanding the medical service from China Medical team and enhance the interactions between Pfizer and stakeholders.
任職資格:
REQUIRED SKILL SET
? Technical
– Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with the oncology disease knowledge and oncology inline and pipeline products of Pfizer
– Language: Proficiency in oral and written English (independently present and answer questions at teleconference and Webex meeting )
– Strong business acumen ( sensitive for internet mobile internet opportunities and understanding brand plan and medical strategy)
– Strong computer acumen and Office software skill( Office PPT, EXCEL, WORD)
– Strategic and logical thinking ( mid-terms and long terms strategic thinking)
– Strong Leadership capabilities, such as decision marking, problem solving, plan and implementation.
– Excellent communication skill and strong influencing and negotiation skills.

? Education
– Bachelor degree or above, preferred in medical.
– Master of Business Administration is a plus.
? Experience
– Medical background is preferred and sales marketing experience is a plus.
– At least 2 years pharmaceutical industry or clinical experience.
