Responsibilities:
？ Media manager need work with media agency to develop annual media strategies in accordance with marketing objectives and strategies.
？ Work with the brand and research marketing teams to optimize media touch point strategy in terms of communication effectiveness and budget optimization.
？ Cooperate between media agency, creative and PR agencies to develop media plan of brand activation campaign and facilitate the implementation.
？ Self-handle media sponsor project and coordinate with other internal team
？ Supervise throughout the year the media-planning and media-buying work done by the media agency, before, during and after the campaigns.
？ Controls the post-campaign analyses made by the media agency and follow all the media KPI.
？ Work with procurement team to carry out the media cost bidding to drive media cost efficiency and monitor media audit results.
？ Organize competitive review and media buying review.

Qualifications:
？ Bachelor or above.
？ 6-8 years above working experience in 4A media agency with strong media strategic planning skills, have tactical planning experience is preferred.
？ Strong business sense and strategic thinking.
？ Strong communication and presentation skills.
？ Strong negotiation skills.
？ Good spoken & written English and mandarin.
