Job Description:
1. Work closely with other supporting department (e.g. Fin and HR) to support data, reporting and system
a) Responsible for a well-kept database of historical information for needs of data processing and analysis.
b) Collect, analyze and provide tailor made reports for business needs.
c) Guide colleagues/managers to input data into Wyeth local management system and Global HR & Fin system in a precisely manner, and answer to system related questions raised by colleagues/managers.
d) Verify the data in system on a regular basis, make correction in a timely manner as required.
2. Coordinate and administer the day-to-day regional outsourced workforce activities
a) Provide timely & efficient support to commercial departments in their respective outsourced manpower need by working with PCH HR.
b) Manage commercial people on boarding and off boarding process; give the orientation speech and conduct all policies clarification.
c) Prepare and work with related department to review sales force income package, consideration the internal and external equities.
d) Responsible for payroll administrations and processing for related department’s contractors and ensure their salary are paid on time and accurate.
3. Support business on internal Employee Relations and internal movement/transfer
a) Support the sales force internal transfer/relocation/upgrade/downgrade process such as filling manual forms, provide and explain standard procedure/policy to managers and colleagues etc.
b) Support Managers in dealing with employee relations issues including documents preparation, progress tracking, PIP etc...
c) Work with vender to apply the work injury claim whenever employee occur injury/sick leave at work.
4. Support business managers in implementing HR related programs in responsible sales force
a) Support the program communication and track the completion rate, including GPM, GCP, IDP as well as local initiated programs.
b) Answer program process related inquiries raised by business managers.
c) Provide progress report and analysis on the program as required.
5. Cooperate with cross-functional assessment, recommendations and drive to reengineer the field and commercial force for continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, sales performance and HC productivity.
a) Assistant in SFE index collection and report support, such as sales force information job title/on boarding date/regional/ location/channel clearance.
b) Enhance workforce operation capability by building selling process SOP with monitoring KPI.
6 Other tasks assigned by manager and provide ad hoc daily operation matters as per request.
Qualifications:
- University graduate with major in Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of operation experience in Consumer of Pharma industry
- Good command of written English
- Good Excel skill is a must
- Demonstrated capability in problem solving skill
- Customer orientation & proficient in relationship management
