Key Responsibilities:
? Builds and maintains business intelligence processes to support end to end planning.
? Provides scenario modeling to support Supply Chain Planning Head.
? Manage sites inventory level by enforce and improve inventory management process, maintain and implement inventory policy, builds inventory business intelligence of sites with different scenarios, provide inventory reports and data.
? Customer service and supply planning for export markets where applicable.
? Builds Supply Review Meeting (SRM) packs for relevant meetings as part of the Core Commercial Cycle.
? Produces KPI reports for the region, and works with supply chain contacts e.g. sites, finance ,logistics team to get required data and provide validation. And Provides standard reporting for the region and dynamic reporting across categories / structures; links to site based teams for local MRP data and BSSS teams for additional reporting / analysis.
? Investigates the root cause of issues and recommends actions to prevent reoccurrence.
? Evaluates supply chain performance and trends e.g. SNP/APO exception messages.
? Provides periodic static data extraction and validation for integrity and consistency; ensures data updated in relevant supply chain systems; provides KPI measures around data integrity and accuracy.
? Change control (ownership and/or support) for data system changes for supply chain planning
Qualifications:
? University graduated degree, and Mater level preferred
? Practical experience in running Supply Planning processes in a Pharmaceuticals environment including interaction with Commercial operations. Experience of a Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG manufacturing and customer service environment is beneficial.
? Advanced level Excel skills required.
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
