1.Plan and follow the objective of the department with reference to the company’s business objective and Coach department people to take the responsibility

2.Plan and control the department’s cost.

3.Be responsible for EHS of the department
組織實施本部門的環(huán)境、健康和安全工作
4.Organize the maintenance work to ensure the running of the utility equipment.
組織好動力設備的維護和保養(yǎng)工作，確保動力設備的正常運行
5.Organize the maintenance work to ensure the running of the power supply system
組織好變配電系統(tǒng)的維護和保養(yǎng)工作，確保變配電系統(tǒng)的正常運行
6.Organize the maintenance work to ensure the running of fire system and waster water treatment.
組織好消防系統(tǒng)、廢水處理系統(tǒng)等設備的維護和保養(yǎng)工作，確保這些系統(tǒng)正常運行
7.Plan and organize the maintenance to the GMP production environment including the doors, windows, wall and floor etc).
組織實施GMP生產環(huán)境的維護、檢查（包括門窗、地面、墻壁、油漆等）
8.Implement the 2020 project including the technical preparation, documents, installation, DQ, IQ, OQ, etc.
實施2020項目中的技術準備、文件、安裝、調試、DQ、IQ、OQ等工作
9.Plan and follow the maintenance of the vehicles
