工作職責：
*(Sr.) Medical Education Adviser is responsible for the development and continuing improvement of medical education program through collaboration with external partners to healthcare professionals and medical care administrators aimed at improving the capability of those groups of healthcare professionals and then benefits to patient and public.
*(Sr.) Medical Education Adviser is also responsible for supervising the implementation of medical education programs in region and providing the advisory support for its localization via fully collaboration with the relevant internal stakeholders and regional KOLs.
For those duties, the scope of the role include:
1.Strategy planning for Medical Education to Healthcare Professionals and Medical Care Administrators
With the insight of healthcare environment, unmet academic needs of medical providers and administrators and modern remote communication channel and technology, propose the strategy of medical education to target groups of healthcare professional (HCPs) in line with operative strategy of Pfizer China.
2.External academic resource and partnership with Pfizer China
For a long term collaborative academic platform, identify relevant national level medical association, medical center or alliance in relevant therapeutic and management area to be a partnership with Pfizer China and to move forward for a joint work to develop program aimed at continuing medical education(CME) and continuing professional development(CPD) to target groups of HCPs.
3.Medical Education Program Proposal
With closing work with both internal and external stakeholders, design and propose medical education programs that match to the unmet medical needs of target HCPs, healthcare environment and in line fully with Pfizer compliance policies as well. Make those proposals including relevant budget endorsed by Pfizer leadership team.
4.Supervision of the Implementation of Medical Education Programs at regions nationwide
Overall responsible for the implementation of the programs at region nationwide through collaboration with field based medical education team and business partners. Provide advisory opinions and amendment support to field base medical education team to make educational topics, content and operation localized and quality assurance in reality.
5.Budget Management.
Management of program budget and make sure its cost and payment consistent with the approved proposal and Pfizer relevant policies.
6.Continuing Improvement of Medical Education Programs
Collaborating with both external partners and internal stakeholder to keep on upgrating medical education programs through continuouse collection of feedback of target groups of HCPs.

1.Technical and experience
*Strong clinical background in medicine
*Be familiar with the allocation of medical resources in relevant therapeutic andor health care management areas.
*Experience in project development through collaboration with academic association or medical center.
*Good knowledge on companyindustry policiesdisciplines

3.Education
*Master degree or above in clinical medicine
*Specialty in internal medicine. Working background in cardiovascular disease or central nervous system disorder or infectious disease is preferred.
*Master of Business Administration is a plus
4.Experience
*At least five years of clinical experience in CV or CNS or Infectious disease. Attending physician or above is preferred.
*Two years or more experience in pharmaceutical industry in which two years or more In MNC is preferred.
