工作職責：
JOB SUMMARY
Medical information strategy and effectiveness manager (SEM) is to strongly support MI China to develop and implement effective strategies to optimize continually the interaction between MI China Area and its external stakeholders including HCPs, patients and internal stakeholders including key business partners including global MI, regional medical teams (MIMedical) and local Commercial teams etc.. Additionally, the SEM will be responsible for overseeing the MI operation to be compliant with relevant laws, policies, regulatories as well as relevant SOPs in perspective of inquiry handling and response content development etc. The SEM works as a compliance consultant guiding team on digital channels development and leads team development projects to ensure the continal growth of MI China.
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES TASKS
？ Global&Region&Area
- Be a project member of MI global process harmonization team to ensure MI business process in China up to date with global requirement and local business need.
- Support the transparency and understanding of global initiatives and relevant progress across GMI and translate to actionable local implementation plan.
- Support change management efforts with integrated and proactive communication plans
- Support MI China Area business including China mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan. Develop and implement relevant strategy for MI interaction and collaboration.

- Develop, maintain and optimized MI procedures to ensure overall MI operation work in an efficient and compliant way.
- Develop the quality improvment plan on all aspects of MI operation like inquiry handling process and lead relevant discussion periodically.
- Be the point of contact of internal and external audit or inspections.
- Serve as a compliant point of contact guiding the development of new MI intiatives.
- Develop and maintain a solid team training plan to ensure the continual growth of people and team.
- Serve as point of contact of MI for local collaborative initiatives inclucing JV collaobrations, product co-promotion agreements, corporate integrations ect.
- Assist MI China in creating communications to local and global teams that are clear, concise, culturally appropriate and effective for both native and non-native English speakers.
- Support MI China team to develop strategies to optimize the awareness activites to local and global stakeholders
- Lead Hongkong MI business

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in developingdrafting senior leader communications
- Demonstrated skill in working effectively cross-culturally
- Solid understanding of the Pfizer organizational structure and network

- At least 6 years working experience in health related area.
- 3 years Medical working experience in multinational pharmaceutical industry.
