JOB SUMMARY
The Medical Information function works to become a renowned center of Medical Information excellence and be regarded by our customers as a trusted asset for medical information and strategic insights for improving patient care.
The Associated Medical Information Manager is responsible for development and maintenance of solid China team information infrastructure to ensure the operation excellence of MI activities. AMIM will establish and implement the MI digital communication channels to Pfizer internal and external customers to improve customer experience and enhance MI efficiency of customer interaction. In the meantime, AMIM works to present MI overall operation metrics including periodic metrics report to MI colleagues and customer insight reports to MI internal colleagues. AMIM works as local representative of MI global to demonstrate the value of MI to business partners and contribute to global organization development.
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES TASKS
Associate Medical Information Manager individually works on:
2. Work on Medical Information Infrastructure development and maintenance to ensure working effectiveness internally.
？ Develop and maintain MI digital communication channels to internal external customers to increase the overall efficiency of MI-customer interaction, e.g., patient focused Wechat platform development, China HCP website and its mobile application, China MI team site, etc.
？ Develop, maintain and improve medical information inquiry handling system and platform.
？ Team operation metrics report for continual improvement.
？ Facilitate all digital projects communication with local BT, from technical feasibility evaluation to UAT and the follow up improvement.
？ Bridge China MI team and regionalglobal BT as well on technology communication.
3. Work on Medical Information awareness and make the MI visible
？ Initiate or assist the MI department awareness activities to ensure the overall team awareness.
？ Build strong crossfunctional relationship and cooperation relevant activities aiming at providing customer centric service
4. Input specific projects to help team provide value adding service to business
？ Work with key stakeholders on the project development to carry out value added activities.
？ Initiate MI customer insight report to internalexternal stakeholders for function continued improvement.
？ Coordinate operational team on BU conference support as needed

- Minimum of University Degree or above, master preferred.
- Professional Computer Science and Technology Qualification
? Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- 3 years of working experience in multinational pharmaceutical industry.
