Major tasks:
1. Handle periodic reports for relevant teams/departments based on the requirement of Marketing Manager and relevant team members;
2. Take ownership of all types of data aggregation and analysis report ( both regular and ad-hoc);
3. Monitor P&I to ensure data accuracy and most updating, and inform manager on a regular base, follow up action plan with relevant departments when necessary (for example, compliance, procurement, Opera Team, Marketing Operations…) ;
4. Contribute to marketing activity management;
5. Arrangeand internal meetings and events and provide logistical support; coach and support other marketing assistants.
6. Arrange external meetings with other depts. in company (local and global) or external stakeholders and vendors and provide logistical support; well collaborate and engage internal and external stakeholders.
7. Manage the schedule of Marketing Manager, assist marketing manager on time management, well- arrange calendar, meetings and travel preparation/management
8. Proactively supports projects and services and other daily administrative work
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above degree
2. More than 5 years work experience
3. Meeting organization and management experience
4. Good communication skills, fluent English
5. A positive work attitude, able to work under pressure
6. Good planning capacity, detail-oriented
7. Proficiency in office software applications, strong data analysis capabilities
