1，新客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)
在UPS規(guī)劃的路區(qū)不斷嘗試Cold calls尋找新機(jī)會(huì)，并將自己發(fā)現(xiàn)的及各部門(mén)提供的SALES LEADS轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閁PS客戶(hù)；
2，挖掘現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)新需求
運(yùn)用一定的銷(xiāo)售方法將UPS的解決方案及增值服務(wù)如 Branded Label, API , QVM, ICDV,PI等介紹給客戶(hù)，改變客戶(hù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)物流的看法，加深客戶(hù)對(duì)于UPS物流的認(rèn)識(shí)，幫助客戶(hù)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，提高UPS客戶(hù)的客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度，從而幫助UPS客戶(hù)成長(zhǎng),進(jìn)而為UPS挖掘新的機(jī)會(huì)；
3，客戶(hù)維護(hù)
對(duì)于潛在客戶(hù)群, 即時(shí)安排拜訪客戶(hù)，了解未能合作的原因，與各個(gè)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)解決存在的問(wèn)題，如過(guò)決策者在國(guó)外，立即與國(guó)外銷(xiāo)售做溝通。對(duì)于老客戶(hù)，定期安排拜訪，維持UPS的服務(wù)品質(zhì)；定期管理合同，及時(shí)給客戶(hù)續(xù)約；
4，客戶(hù)服務(wù)
跟Marketing合作為UPS客戶(hù)報(bào)價(jià)，回答各種疑問(wèn)，協(xié)調(diào)UPS國(guó)內(nèi)外各個(gè)部門(mén)解決企業(yè)的各種要求（如海關(guān)扣貨，Cross Label等）及Special Requests（如調(diào)賬，同日二次遞送，異地取件，機(jī)場(chǎng)自送貨等）；協(xié)助客戶(hù)實(shí)施UPS的技術(shù)解決方案；
5,自我管理
每周分析貨量, 知道自己業(yè)績(jī)情況 ，如 有差距，采取措施彌補(bǔ)，必要時(shí)調(diào)整銷(xiāo)售策略；每天下班前做好第二天的Cold Call計(jì)劃；每天做好已經(jīng)完成的拜訪記錄，更新報(bào)銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)
