本崗位需要持有勞動手冊（就業失業登記證），否則請勿申請。
本崗位是6個月見習崗位，如見習生在見習期表現優異，在6個月見習期滿后，有機會獲得留任或應聘公司其他部門的職位。
工作地點：浦東新區陸家嘴東路166號中國保險大廈23樓
工作職責：
- 負責日常來訪客人接待和登記工作。
- 負責前臺電話的接聽和轉接，處理來電咨詢，做好重要事項記錄，并傳達相關人員。
- 負責公司各類信件、傳真、包裹、報刊雜志的簽收。
- 負責公司文件用品采購、發放及日常保管登記。
- 重要會議的后勤服務。
- 熟練使用電腦、傳真機、復印機、打印機等各種辦公設備。
崗位要求：
- 大專以上學歷，文秘、人力資源、行政管理相關專業。
- 熟練使用各種辦公軟件，如：word, excel, PowerPoint等。
- 具有基本的英語書寫及表達能力。
- 做事積極主動，細心負責，服務意識強，能靈活處理問題。
- 2年以上前臺或行政助理經驗優先。
- 須持有上海市《勞動手冊》或《就業失業登記證》
應聘須知：
1、收入組成：
第一部分：上海市見習補貼1752元／月；第一、二個月公司補貼150元／月；第三個月開始至第六個月補貼550元／月
第二部分：黃浦戶籍見習學員，再補貼600元／月
2、本崗位為見習崗位，實習期為6個月。
