- Assist supervisor to manage the company's portfolio of products and services to ensure that business and marketing goals are met and service performance standards are adhered to
- Develop and introduce new or enhanced products/Technologies and features through the analytical assessment and approval process
- Support the training planned by management, and support existing, new product and communications initiatives with the various functions or areas to ensure the successful implementation
- Coordination and execution of market development activities
- Support management for performance forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Focus on industry verticals
- Assist China marketing management to plan and monitor area CSM team in strategically perspectives
- Help supervisor to coordinate and implement all the CSM relevant tasks and projects
- Develop and coordinate CSM relevant materials, decks, reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business discipline.
- With minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience, and experience in the air express/transportation industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good Interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other database applications.
