Responsibility:
全面負(fù)責(zé)UPS浦東轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心的航空安全方面工作，主要包括以下幾點(diǎn)：
The Facility Security Coordinator (FSC) takes charge of the Aviation Security related tasks of the UPS PVG Hub, mainly includes:
1） 為民航局或其他航空安全部門的檢查做準(zhǔn)備，并根據(jù)要求進(jìn)行及時(shí)有效的改進(jìn)；
Prepare for the inspection from CAAC and other Aviation Security Authorities, get the improvement done timely and effective according to the requirement;
2） 對(duì)比國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)航空安全相關(guān)規(guī)定，及時(shí)改進(jìn)或反饋現(xiàn)有操作的不足；
To compare the UPS internal guideline with International and National Aviation Security regulation. Find out the insufficient of operation and improve promptly;
3） 監(jiān)督UPS場(chǎng)所內(nèi)機(jī)場(chǎng)控制區(qū)的安全管控工作，及培訓(xùn)相關(guān)工作人員；
Monitors the security control performance inside the UPS Designated Security Area (DSA), and provide Aviation Security Training to related employee;
4） 與內(nèi)外部客戶保持良好的溝通合作，并及時(shí)傳達(dá)航空安全方面的最新規(guī)定；
Keeps on good relationship and cooperation with internal/external customers, relay the newest aviation security regulation to the customer promptly;
5） 執(zhí)行日常安全檢查工作，確保安全流程的有效執(zhí)行，保證航空貨物的安全；
Performs the daily security check, ensure the compliance of security procedure is implemented well so that to secure the air cargo well;
6） 針對(duì)日常工作和改進(jìn)計(jì)劃，按照要求制作各種相應(yīng)報(bào)告；
Prepares various reports according to the daily exception and the corrective action plan;
7） 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事宜。

崗位要求：
Requirements:
1） 本科及以上學(xué)歷；三年以上航空、安全、國(guó)際物流等相關(guān)背景或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years relevant background or working experience in Aviation, Security or International Logistic
2） 優(yōu)秀的英文口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面能力，能熟練運(yùn)用電腦辦公軟件；
Good skills in written & spoken English, skillful in using MS Office
3） 適應(yīng)細(xì)致的工作要求，并保證其機(jī)密性；
Can adapt the working request in detailed, and keep the security sensitive information confidentially.
4） 具有良好的安全與合規(guī)意識(shí)
Good sense in security and compliance
