Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all customers bookings and inquiries are with prompt and efficient reponse.
2. Check each booking for related documents, freight terms and SOP if available.
3. Ensure to have overseas confirmation for collect shipment and 3rd party billing shipment, and get shipper's letter of instruction before arrange cargo move out.
4. Inform shipper to deliver the cargo accompany with relevant documents to UPS SCS or arrange pick up as per customer's request.
5. Notify customer immediately for any damage, wet or short shipment cases happened.
6. Monitor the cargo uplift status and inform customer if any irregularity occurs.
7. Coordinate sales to follow up air shipments from local sales and contact shipper accoridngly to sales lead.
8. Assist accounting department for billing & A/R control.
9. Ensure each shipment being input into system timely & correctly.
10. Control and return all job files, related documents, invoices, receipts on file.
Requirements:
1. Fair English reading, writing & speaking ability.
2. College degree or above.
3. At least 1-2 years working experiences.
4. Skillful computer user, especially in preparation of Excel, Word documents required.
5. Independent working ability and cooperative spirit with teams.
6. Fast learner under changing circumstances
