The Technical Service and Manufacturing Support component of the Lilly Asian Technical Hub (LATH) provides technical support to Lilly manufacturing sites and Alliance partners’ sites in the Asian region to assure patients have safe and efficacious drug products. The TS&MS advisor – OSD Manufacturing is responsible for providing technical support and innovation solutions in the field of oral solid dosage product manufacturing.
-Implement global TS&MS agenda and new processes in manufacturing.
-Develop the technical capabilities to meet with LATH business goal.
-Provide quality oversight to ensure safety and efficacy of Lilly governed OSD products;
-Participate or support regulatory function in product registration;
-Provide high quality input to customers in Development and maintenance of manufacturing instructions for Lilly governed OSD products;
-Provide routine technical support for manufacturing of Lilly governed OSD products.
-Working with cross functional groups to troubleshoot issues arising at customer’s manufacturing site;
-Establish working relationship with global Lilly Manufacturing Science and Technology network.
-Complete the other duties, such as Project Management, assigned by management of LATH China.
Minimum Requirements:
-15+ years’ experience in cGMP manufacturing support. This includes deep first principle knowledge of some or all essential equipment and utility systems employed in OSD manufacturing operations;
-LSS certification;
-Fundamental knowledge of packaging operations;
-Demonstrated ability to solve difficult technical problems and implement solutions;
-Ability to work across functional, geographic, external boundaries;
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective in a team based situation;
-Foundational knowledge of project management;
-Ability to work independently.
