Key Capabilities: 
1. Provide user research, statistical analysis as required, including but not limited to conducting questionnaire survey, app and website user research and analysis.
2. Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs.
3.Have strong visual capabilities to turn data findings into insights. 
4. Provide insights and delivering analysis reports to support value analysis to client.
  
Key Activities: 
1. Apply research methodologies to validate new designs and evaluate existing ones.
2. Identify usability successes and prioritize usability problems.  
3. Summarize user research key points and communicate findings to design teams in an agile environment.  
4. Support project team members in transforming the research findings and insights into innovative design solutions.  
5. Work with other researchers, designers and developers to resolve user issues.  
  
Qualifications: 
1. 4+ years of industry experience. 
2. Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Sociology, or similar. 
3. Strong analytical skills, proficient in analyzing and interpreting user behavior data.
4. Experienced in extracting subtle, complex and uncertain insights from qualitative research.
5. Cognitive Psychology major is a plus.
