職位描述/ Description:
Support EHS Management System operation and Be Healthy Program implementation
協助EHS部門維護管理系統，完成定期的員工健康項目
崗位職責/Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Manage BE Healthy portal.
更新維護公司健康項目網站
2.Support ERT equipment onsite inspections and assist in ERT trainings, fire drills etc.
協調應急物資檢查、應急小組培訓、火災演習等
3.Support office solid waste segregation implementation and work with designers to design inspiring posters etc.
協助監督落實公司垃圾分類處理的情況，與設計師共同制作激海報
4.Conduct EHS Related survey, analyze survey result and run survey report to support new program design or existing program improvement.
提供EHS的相關服務，并且分析服務結果，根據新項目的進度制作服務進度表
5.Make EHS videos. 負責EHS的視頻制作
6.Coordinate other onsite events as needed. 協調其他事項
7.Emergency Management program implementations.落實應急管理項目的完成
8.Deliver result on time 按時匯報工作結果
9.Respond to customer's questions timely and professionally 及時對員工提出的問題作出專業回答
所需教育背景/Required Education：
Bachelor degree or above in English study major, or Environmental, Health and Safety related major.
本科在校學生，prefer英文、環境、或者與健康和安全相關的專業
所需工作經驗/Required Experience：
1.Good in organizing onsite events. 良好的現場協調能力
2.Office EHS promotion events organizing experience is a plus. prefer從事過相關EHS工作的同學
3.Has experience in developing and maintaining webpage is preferred. 具有搭建網頁和維護網頁的經驗
其他/Others：
1.Cheerful personality and strong competency of coordination. 積極向上并且有較強的組織協調能力
2.English and Chinese fluently in writing and speaking. 良好的中英文讀寫能力
3.Be eager to learn and patient 耐心好學
4.Attention to detail. 認真細心
