Role Description
Support business needs for organizing internal and external congress and events in a compliance manner


Major Accountabilities
- Domestic congress, international congress and other marketing strategy events execution, ensure all events meet marketing strategy and key message/image delivering with high quality standards, within budget and conform to business objectives, as well as good feedbacks from internal/external customers
- Internal meetings execution such as NSM, cycle meetings, etc. and support other departments meetings if needed
- Execute the product advertisements in trade publications, provide trade media advertisements analysis and execution report
- Documentation management for PO application, payment follow up and execution. Follow the company SOP and compliance.
- Coordinate with Novartis Procurement and C&E, follow cross division SOP
- Ensure all procedure 100% meet compliance

Ideal Background
Education: University
Languages: Fluent English
Experience/Professional Requirement:
- Minimum：2 year experience on event management
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent and team player, can work under pressure and prioritize, time management skill, good in Mandarin and English, willing to travel
