職位描述：
This individual shall act as technical engineer to support new product development and related routine technical development work.
1.Responsible for participating in, initiating and managing new product development projects, from idea generation to final product launch. Responsible for supporting to issue and to implement an integrity product development procedure, ensure the process meet regulation and products characters, meanwhile fit with the requirement of system.
2.Participating in developing highly innovative medical nutrition products and FSMP products, ranging from general to disease-specific solutions, and baby food.
3.Following trends and technological developments in the nutritional food business and translating these into new product development project. Collect and study our competitors information in market, and give suggestions and ideas. And provide necessary technical support to market and related stakeholders.
4.Implement new product development protocol and draft related technical documents, and deliver them to technical process development team who do test and trial for confirming new product formula and process which possible to apply in production line. Give instruction to pilot line assistant for his daily work.
5.Actively interact with QA, PPD, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and other T&PD colleagues to ensure effective product development.
6.Responsible for checking and updating routine product technical documents, maintain and keep record. Participating in related changes of recipe, process, involved in risk analysis and control, keep fluent communication with related partners. Fully considering the influence for quality of related work, ensure quality furthest.
Basic job requirement:
Master or above degree with majored in food or pharmacy.
Product development experience & oversea education is priority.
