2. DIVISION: EPD
3. FUNCTION:

6. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor degree or above.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Four Main Responsibilities:
Job Weighting% Main Responsibilities
30% Develop Sales & Marketing Strategies with P&L management to drive OTC business growth and expansion
30% Management of Sales Performance at Retail Pharmacy channel and other specific channels (Non-Hospital based.)
20% Effectively engage cross functional team to explore distribution network development to capitalize on emerging opportunities
20% Winning portfolio development and NPD launch
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Lead/champion Sales and Marketing Strategies development to drive OTC business growth and expansion.
Lead/champion launch plan development of new portfolios (OTC and healthy food products) and execute.
Develop geography expansion plan and business model to accelerate the growth.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and completion of set KPIs, resonsible for P&L with effective monotoring/tracking to evaluate the ROI of sales and marketing spending.
Work closely with trade team to explore product distribution plan and manage product availability at retail pharmacies with the respective product strategies and promotion plans.
Jurisdiction for planning and allocation of resources, and effective resource allocation and monitoring.
Directively involved and actively engaged in key chain pharmacies activties and key customers engagement.
Co-operate with HR, training and SFE team to develop strong coaching, training program and incentive schemes for OTC team to attract and retain key talents for supporting business expansion of OTC in China.
8. REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences:
1. Experience in both FMCG and OTC industry preferred.
Position experiences:
1. At least 8 years proven sales and marketing experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
3. Minimum of 3 year sales management experience in Pharmacy Channel
4. Mininum of 2 years marketing experience in OTC/FMCG
Language Skills:
1. Master of Mandarian;
2. Fluent English is a plus
Computer Skills:
1. Competency in MS office i.e. word/excel/PPT
Mobility:
1. Be flexible to travel according to business needs.
Other Special requirement:
1. Strategic and Logical thinking

3. Good analytical and problem solving skill
