崗位職責(zé)：
1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藥物化學(xué)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)高效產(chǎn)出新的化合物，并推動(dòng)到臨床階段；
2. 確保藥物化學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的研發(fā)成果和技術(shù)服務(wù)的交付質(zhì)量，符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3. 確保藥物化學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室符合安全、鍵康和環(huán)保規(guī)范運(yùn)作；
4. 推動(dòng)藥物化學(xué)持續(xù)有效地提升工作效率和做好成本控制；
5. 建立結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、客戶導(dǎo)向、協(xié)作互助的團(tuán)隊(duì)文化；
6. 發(fā)展有高度參與精神的團(tuán)隊(duì)，并帶動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)科技創(chuàng)新；
7. 確保公司知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，專利申請(qǐng)和有效保護(hù)；

任職資格：
1. 藥物化學(xué)、有機(jī)化學(xué)等相關(guān)化學(xué)專業(yè)博士（含）以上學(xué)歷，有制藥/生物技術(shù)企業(yè)、CRO公司或相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)5 ~ 10年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 有公開發(fā)表論文和專利，具備在藥物化學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)角色的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 在創(chuàng)新性藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)方面富有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉國內(nèi)外新藥發(fā)現(xiàn)的研究過程和重點(diǎn)，了解國內(nèi)外新藥發(fā)現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)狀；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)藥物化學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)略，規(guī)劃和日常運(yùn)營和多個(gè)研發(fā)平臺(tái)的管理，并其他部門和外部合作伙伴保持良好的協(xié)作；
5. 中英文流利。
DIRECTOR OF MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead HitGen’s medicinal chemistry teams to generate advanced lead compounds and clinical candidates in a timely way.
2. Ensure the scientific research output from the department meet the high quality, and industry standards.
3. Ensure the laboratory operations have high standards of safety, health and environmental protection (SHE).
4. Drive the continuous improvements in the operational efficiency in terms of speed and costs.
5. Build a team with a strong culture of delivery-focus, customer-orientation and partnership.
6. Establish a team with high level of engagement and innovative capabilities;
7. Contribute effective to the generation and protection of company’s intellectual properties;
8. Take active participation and support in company’s research and business activities outside own immediate department.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. The candidate must be an accomplished and innovative individual with a Ph.D. degree in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry along with at least 5~10 years of working experience in a pharma/biotech, CRO or leading academic research centre;
2. In addition to the scientific achievement as shown by peer reviewed publications and patents, the individual should also have demonstrable track record and experience in a leadership role in medicinal chemistry;
3. Broad experiences on innovative drug discovery, familiar with research process and key points of overall novel drug discovery as well as knowing the status of novel drug discovery at home and abroad;
4. Director of chemistry will be a member of the senior leadership team, and will be responsible for chemistry strategy, planning, and the day to day operations and delivery of the multiple chemistry teams, as well as interactions with external partners;
5. Fluency in both Chinese and English will be required.
