Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
Focuses on channel data collection, uploading, processing and Commercial Sales Flow System (CSF) system maintenance, ensures accurate, timely & integrative data for developing channel plan and supporting sales management
Comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
- Lead the DDI project from SFE & Sales Training Dept. in project set up and maintenance.
- Taking part in X-functional business activities and set up clear and practicable implement plan of the project.
- Design and Set up DDI analysis reports aligned with QV system, which to prepare for management team regularly.
- To confirm with distributor on new alias for auto-mapping.
- To work with distributor in case any abnormal sales flow or data collection
- process daily and monthly DDI data, including hospital sales data and SIT data;
- process monthly non-DDI data, including hospital sales data and SIT data;
- Coordinate monthly hospital sales collection, uploading, processing and reporting proce-dures together with local commercial team, sales operation, IT and sales admin;
- Ensure the Accuracy of Monthly Hospital Sales Data, which is used for monthly sales commission calculation later on;
- Ensure the Accuracy of Monthly Stock-in-trade (SIT) Data, which is used for monthly SIT report;
- Ensure timely report of daily hospital sales data (DDI part only)
- Ensure timely report of monthly hospital sales data and SIT data;
- monthly doubtful sales validation process and update trade sales data if needed;
- monthly hospital alias collection and validation procedures, ensure the integrity of monthly hospital sales data, namely, keeping a reasonable hospital alias list for trade data
- Monitor monthly vendor KPI, including both DDI data processing vendor and non-DDI data processing vendor;
- DDI data validation in case of DDI scope expansion and during DDI operation;
- CSF system management and enhancement for data processing with IT;
- Other job assigned by line manager
Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education : Bachelor degree or above, Major in Business Administration, economics, finance or equivalent preferred
Experience: 4+years’ experience within trade data processing area
Languages: Good English skills both on written & oral English;
Competency:
- Cross Functional Knowledge between commercial, sales operation and finance
- Good Excel/Access skill;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good communicator and team player
- Persistent, careful and good implementation;
- Experience in multinational company preferred;
- IT/software project experience preferred.
