崗位職責(zé)
base廣州，負(fù)責(zé)南區(qū)、西區(qū)區(qū)域（廣東、湖南、湖北、四川、重慶）
1 與相關(guān)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理和區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，協(xié)助執(zhí)行、監(jiān)控中央市場(chǎng)部活動(dòng)的具體實(shí)施，包括是否符合市場(chǎng)部活動(dòng)SOP和公司其他相關(guān)合規(guī)政策；
2 負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的申請(qǐng)及報(bào)銷的審批，并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，協(xié)調(diào)，監(jiān)控和組織區(qū)域內(nèi)的一些市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)；
3 定期拜訪區(qū)域內(nèi)KOL，建立區(qū)域內(nèi)KOL網(wǎng)絡(luò)；
4 對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售情況進(jìn)行分析，一方面反饋給中央市場(chǎng)部，另一方面給到大區(qū)經(jīng)理一些合理建議以提高區(qū)域銷售業(yè)績(jī)；
5 定期組織區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和策略學(xué)習(xí)，以幫助區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售更好的理解產(chǎn)品策略并以更加專業(yè)的方式取得銷售業(yè)績(jī)的達(dá)成。
崗位要求
1 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)或藥學(xué)專業(yè)；
2 在相關(guān)藥品行業(yè)5年以上銷售從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有區(qū)域市場(chǎng)推廣(Local Marketing)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、或地區(qū)經(jīng)理及以上銷售管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮；
3 具備較強(qiáng)的戰(zhàn)略思維及數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，優(yōu)秀的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，具備敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察力；
4 具有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和學(xué)習(xí)能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力；
5 英語(yǔ)書寫表達(dá)尚可，有初步的英文聽、講能力。

Established in 1906 in Vicenz, Italy, Zambon S.p.A is a multinational enterprise in pharmacy and chemical industry.
