職位描述：

1. Responsible for IT system monitoring to ensure system run smoothly.
2. Responsible for IT intranet maintenance.
3. Responsible for servers ,routes, switch, device management, desktop system management.
4. Escalate the issues if necessary.
5. Follow system maintenance SOP to conduct the application routine check.
6. Conduct the documentation for IT knowledge repository.
7. Communicate with end users for the issues/problem investigation and root cause analysis.
8. Act as coordinator to fulfill the implementation of IT project.

職位要求:
1. College degree or above. Graduated from computers science major or related.
2. Familiar with Windows platform product, for example, Active Directory , Windows Exchanges and desktop system(Windows 7, Microsoft Office and others) and configuration.
3. Familiar with Oracle database installation, configuration and trouble shooting.
4. Experienced PL/SQL to conduct the data manipulation is preferred.
5. Better customer service sense. Good communication with end users. Can solve customer issues in a workaround way.
