崗位職責 Example of Duties 主要工作內(nèi)容Primary Duties: 1. An excellent team has to be organized. The members should meet therequirement as below: 組織建立優(yōu)秀的團隊。團隊成員應(yīng)該符合以下要求： a. Administer all kinds of clinical work and proceduresindependently and safely for those will be performed in ENT Departmentin Oasis. 能夠獨立地和安全地完成明德醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科的門診診療工作和外科操作。 b. Try to avoid any complications. 盡量避免任何并發(fā)癥。 c. Before any exam a scientific and humanistic explanation should begiven. To make patient’s tensions calm down. 在進行任何檢查之前應(yīng)該做科學(xué)的和人性化的解釋。 使病人的緊張情緒平靜下來。 d. Carefully and inerrably write medical record. 仔細地和準確無誤地書寫病歷。 2. Establish a reasonable and effective working process to guaranteepatients have safe and reliable treatment. 建立一個合理的和有效的工作流程來確保病人接受安全的和可信賴的治療。 3. Provide scope of department work seriously. 認真地規(guī)定部門的工作范圍。 4. Seriously supervision should be carried out and have fullresponsibility for errors of subordinate doctors. 對下級醫(yī)生應(yīng)該執(zhí)行認真監(jiān)管并且要對過失負全部責任。 5. Puts forward a consultation or transfer process promptly for thepatients who have difficult miscellaneous disease. 提前迅速地為疑難雜癥的病人安排會診和轉(zhuǎn)診。 6. Master the indications of operation well and truly. 完全地掌握手術(shù)的指征。 7. Doctors should make the rounds of the wards every day strictly forin-patients. 醫(yī)生應(yīng)堅持每天嚴格地的住院病人查房。 8. There are rules and regulations of service attitude and behaviorfor doctors and nurses. 制定醫(yī)生和護士的服務(wù)態(tài)度和舉止行為的規(guī)章制度。 9. Guarantee 24 hours on call system 保證24小時聽班。 10. All departments should be close cooperation and help each other. 各個部門應(yīng)該緊密合作相互幫助。 11. Department team building and academic development. 科室建設(shè)和學(xué)科發(fā)展。 12. Actively co-operate with Marketing department in externalpromotions. 積極主動配合市場宣傳活動。 13. Apply and responsible for research projects, and strive to obtaingovernment/ international research funds. 申請和負責科研項目，爭取獲得政府或國際科研基金。 任職資格 Performance Requirements 實際操作目標Operational Goals： 知識、能力、技術(shù)、特長Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, Traits： 耳鼻喉科專業(yè)知識 Professional skills of ENT 主治醫(yī)師以上職稱 Attending physician 最低學(xué)歷Minimum Education Required： 本科 Bachelor Degree 相關(guān)經(jīng)驗Minimum Experience Required： 10年以上耳鼻喉臨床經(jīng)驗 More than 10 years in ENT 語言能力 Language Requirement： 英文良好 Good English skills 資歷資質(zhì)及相關(guān)許可證書Certificate of Licensing Needed： (中國醫(yī)生 Chinese physician）： 醫(yī)師資格證、醫(yī)師執(zhí)業(yè)證、職稱證 Chinese professional physician certificates (外籍醫(yī)生 Foreign physician）： 外籍醫(yī)師短期行醫(yī)許可 Temporary License for foreign physician to practice medicine
