崗位職責 Job Responsibilities 主要工作內容Primary Duties: ? Professionalism and positive work attitude ? Provide family centered maternity care for OB patient. ? Capable of doing midwifery works ? Provides total patient care in accordance to the physician’s ordersand individual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursingpractice. ? Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects thepatient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being. ? Reports the same to oncoming nurses, charge nurses and physicians. ? Maintains accurate and complex records of nursing observations andcare. ? Performs or supervises treatment and administers medications asrequired. ? Counts narcotics in accordance to the institution’s policies andprocedures. ? Conducts team conferences and assumes responsibility for keepingplans, implementation and evaluations of nursing care current. ? Actively participates in teaching patients and family, appropriatelydocuments activity and response to instructions. ? Cooperates in maintaining a high level of order, safety and strictcontrol over narcotics and other dangerous drugs. ? Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician tooffset life threatening situations, maintains the defined institution’spolicies and procedures. ? Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing educationopportunities. ? See attached Midwife competency for nursing skills. 任職資格 Qualification ? Minimal Education Requirement- School of nursing graduated for generalnurse/or midwifery. ?Minimal Experience Requirement- 3-5years working experience of OB/GYNMidwifery. Minimum 2 years oversea working experience preferred for newhires but not limited. ? Licensing Needed -- Registered nurse and midwifery license in China General Skills: ? Adequate communication skills in English and Chinese ? Adequate nursing skills based on clinical needs ? Adequate midwifery skills Knowledge: ? Understand hospital policies ? Understand department policies ? Adequate nursing knowledge in general ? Adequate maternity care knowledge
