崗位職責 Example of Duties 主要工作內容Primary Duties: 1. 負責影像檢查的診斷報告 ? 急診病歷，照片后先出口頭結果，四小時內出正式結果 ? 當日病例，一天內出結果，如遇節假日，病情允許時才可順延。 ? MRI檢查，一天后出結果 ? 需與外院會診著，及時與患者溝通，明確出結果時間 2. 負責患者有關影像學問題的解釋 3. 負責與臨床科室的業務交流 4. 協助放射科技師的影像學檢查 5. 記錄有關的診斷資料，追查、隨訪有關的病例，提高診斷水平 任職資格 Performance Requirements 實際操作目標Operational Goals： 知識、能力、技術、特長Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, Traits： ? Profound knowledge in medical imaging. 扎實的醫學影像知識。 ? Good understanding of medical imaging services and management 熟練掌握醫學影像科服務及其管理。 ? Ability to organize and prioritize and to have strong medical imagingmanagement skills in daily operation and business development. 具備組織和判斷能力，并能夠在日常運行和業務中體現較強的專業管理技能。 ? Competence in English and Chinese. 英語和漢語雙語技能 ? Proficient in computer application and medical imaging informationsystem 熟練掌握醫學影像信息系統和計算機應用。 最低學歷Minimum Education Required： 本科 相關經驗Minimum Experience Required： 5年以上放射科相關工作經歷 At least 5 years of work experience in Radiology 語言能力 Language Requirement： 英文良好 Good English skills 資歷資質及相關許可證書Certificate of Licensing Needed： 中級以上醫師資格 Medical license of middle level
