Manage clinic property as therequirement by HN and company; keep confidential of company informationand patient privacy. 負(fù)責(zé)為手術(shù)室病人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的護(hù)理服務(wù)，遵守護(hù)理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程和指導(dǎo)方針。根據(jù)護(hù)士長和公司的要求使用門診設(shè)備，對病人隱私和公司信息嚴(yán)格保密。 （1）Ready to preoperative OR cleaning and hygiene and all kinds of items(equipment, cloth, medicines, infusion, blood transfusion and disposable items, dressings, etc.). 做好術(shù)前室內(nèi)清潔衛(wèi)生和各類物品的準(zhǔn)備（器械、布類、藥品、輸液、輸血及一次性物品、敷料等）。 （2）Should understand the patient's condition is and what is the surgery.After the patient enter in the operating room, according to the different situation gives introduction and comfort, in order to reducethe patient's fear and nervous 應(yīng)了解病人情況及所施手術(shù)。病人進(jìn)人手術(shù)室后，根據(jù)不同情況給予介紹和安慰，以減少病人的恐懼與緊張。 （3）Conscientiously to check: check the name, gender, age, surgical site,operation name; Check for preparation of blood, preoperative fasting, drink and the GI preparation and if signed of consent for bloodtransfusion and operation. Strictly implement three check, eight verify, a note. Three check: check before procedure, during procedure ,after procedure. Eight verify : bed number, name, name of medication, concentration,dosage, validity, time and method. A attention: pay attention to drug response. 認(rèn)真做好查對工作：查對姓名、性別、年齡、手術(shù)部位、手術(shù)名稱；檢查備血情況、術(shù)前禁食、禁飲、消化道準(zhǔn)備以及輸血同意書、手術(shù)同 意書是否簽字。 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行三查八對一注意。 三查：操作前、操作中、操作后查。 八對：對床號、姓名、藥名、濃度、劑量、有效期、時間、用法。 一注意：注意用藥后的反應(yīng)。 （4) Check the skin preparation of surgery field: review of preoperativemedication (name, dosage, method); Fixed position, make the operation area be fully exposed, but also to ensure that the patient body in astate of comfort, safety, prevention squeezing. 檢查手術(shù)區(qū)備皮情況：復(fù)查術(shù)前用藥（藥名、用量、方法）；固定體位，使手術(shù)區(qū)能充分暴露，但又要保證病人肢體處于舒適、安全狀態(tài)，防 止擠壓。 （5）Circulating nurse with scrub nurse to check equipment, gauze, gauzepad, stitches, etc., check again before close the cavity and deep tissue to prevent foreign body legacy. 巡回護(hù)士與洗手護(hù)士共同核對器械、紗布、紗布墊、縫針等，關(guān)閉體腔及深部組織前，應(yīng)再次核對，防止異物遺留。 （6）Circulating nurse is responsible for the operation staff’s surgicalgown , supply scrub nurse’s all needs, keep the operating rooms cleanand tidy, quiet, timely adjustment operation lighting and room temperature. 巡回護(hù)士負(fù)責(zé)參加手術(shù)人員的衣服穿著，供應(yīng)洗手護(hù)士需要的一切用物，保持手術(shù)間的整潔、安靜，適時調(diào)節(jié)手術(shù)野燈光與室溫。 （7)Circulating nurseis responsible for the infusion, blood transfusion.Must be carefully checked before blood transfusion for blood type, cross match results, pay attention to the infusion speed, prevent the liquidleakage. 巡回護(hù)士負(fù)責(zé)輸液、輸血。輸血前必須仔細(xì)核對血型，交叉配合結(jié)果，注意輸液速度，防止液體外漏。 （8） Conscientiously implement the rules and regulations of Operation,atany time to urge the operation personnel strictly perform aseptic operation, the violator shall be immediately corrected. Stick to jobs,pay attention to patient safety,fight error accident. 認(rèn)真執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度和技術(shù)操作規(guī)程，隨時督促手術(shù)人員嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行無菌操作，對違反者應(yīng)立即予以糾正。堅守工作崗位，注意病人安全， 嚴(yán)防差錯事故。 （9） When giving treatment , adjust the infusion drip according to thepatients age, disease, drug nature. Close observation in the course of treatment, patrol and ask. 做治療處置時，根據(jù)病人年齡、病情、藥物性質(zhì)調(diào)整輸液滴數(shù)。治療過程中密切觀察，多巡視、多詢問。 （10）Strictly perform the disinfection and isolation policy , a needle atube a tourniquet for a patient, prevent cross infection. 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行消毒隔離制度，做到每人一針一管一帶，防止交叉感染。 （11）Used disposable syringes, infusion sets, needle placed respectively,safekeeping, deal with the medical waste in accordance with the policy and procedure. 使用過的一次性注射器、輸液器、針頭分別放置，妥善保管，按照醫(yī)療垃圾規(guī)定的程序辦理。 （12） Assist to wipe the operation surrounding blood, properly deal withthe wound, responsible for the patient monitoring after the operation, keep patient warm and surgical specimens storage and send for Lab.Escort the patient back to the outpatient, and pass over to the outpatient nurse of patient’s condition and use of medication in detail. 術(shù)畢，協(xié)助擦凈手術(shù)野周圍的血跡，妥善處理傷口，負(fù)責(zé)手術(shù)后病員的監(jiān)護(hù)、保暖和手術(shù)標(biāo)本的保管和送檢。護(hù)送病人回診室，并向診 室護(hù)士詳細(xì)交待病情及用物。 （13）Clean up the OR, all indoor use returned to his place. Keep theoperating rooms clean, quiet, air conditioning and maintain indoor appropriate temperature. 整理手術(shù)間，室內(nèi)一切用物歸還原處。保持手術(shù)室整潔、肅靜，調(diào)節(jié)空氣和保持室內(nèi)適宜的溫度。 （14）Pack the equipment, dressings for disinfection according to theassignment and drug safekeeping, do recording and statistics. 按分工進(jìn)行器械、敷料的打包消毒和藥品的保管，做好登記統(tǒng)計工作。 （15）Guide the housekeeper to do proper of cleaning and hygiene,disinfection, sterilization work. 指導(dǎo)衛(wèi)生員做好清潔衛(wèi)生、消毒滅菌工作的工作。 （16）Participate in nursing technology management and safety managementof OR, prevent the occurrence of error, accidents, continuously improve the quality of nursing. 參與本室護(hù)理技術(shù)管理和安全管理工作，防止差錯、事故的發(fā)生，不斷提高手術(shù)護(hù)理質(zhì)量。 （17）Participate in nursing staff in-service study, learn new knowledgeand technical , constantly raise the level of knowledge and technology. 參加護(hù)理人員在職業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)，掌握新的業(yè)務(wù)知識和技術(shù)操作，不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)水平。 （18）Other job assigned by the supervisor. 完成上級主管交付的其他工作。
