1、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)，具有全日制大專及以上學(xué)歷； 2、執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師及以上職稱，可變更注冊(cè)，有住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； 3、熟悉婦產(chǎn)科各類手術(shù)，可熟練開展產(chǎn)科手術(shù)和常見婦科手術(shù)； 4、有良好的醫(yī)患溝通能力和服務(wù)意識(shí)。
