職位：臨床實踐教育經理 /Practice Educator 地點：Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou Office OR home base Responsibilities:  1. Guides and facilitates learners through the on-line and face to facecomponents of the training/education program to enable learners todevelop clinical skill sets necessary to be job ready. 2. Interacts with learners using a variety of technology platforms tosupport their success in asynchronous web based coursework, synchronousclinical programs, virtual classroom activities, and face to face labs.  3. Actively facilitates course discussions, promoting learner engagementand understanding of course content.  4. Assesses and certifies learner competency via skill and knowledgedemonstrations.  5. Trains and supports Clinical Proctors.  6. Maintains assigned cohort load, including accurate and completerecords of the cohort participation and grades.  Aggregates data asneeded for reports and predictive analytics. 7. Logs into the online classroom at regular intervals as assigned inthe program schedule.  8. Performs other related duties as required.  Requirements:  1. Bachelor Degree and a minimum of 5 year of practice within differentclinical departments. 2. A licensed clinician in their practice area. 3. Able to read, write, speak and understand English. 4. Education degree or teaching experience preferred.
