Key Responsibilities：  1. Rehab and Senior Care consultancy services   --Provide professional consultancy services for clients   --Develop consultancy products with BD team   --Perform periodic compliance visit and audits for existing clients   --Introduce and maintain product as required   --Deliver consultancy service with national consultant or foreignexpert   --Engage with BDM in new business development   --Provide trainings in related fields internally or externally   --Check on local resources in related professional fields   --Check the local PRC and provincial health related legislationandregulations  2. Rehab & Senior Care RSC initial gap analysis and annual workplancreation   --Provide professional RSC initial gap analysis for new clients   --Create the annual or quarter RSC consultancy work plan followingtheinitial gap analysis   --Assist the other consultant on the delivery of work planwithprofessional and quality services  3. Other responsibilities/duties as deemed necessary/assigned.  Requirement:   --Holding both local and international perspective on Rehab orSeniorCare;   --Operation skill for Medical facility locally or internationallyhighlypreferred   --3-5 years relevant work experience in local hospital or SeniorCareFacilities.   --Medical Consultant role in multinational companies isstronglypreferred   --Medical training or education program development experiencesisstrongly preferred   --Oversea working experience is preferred   --Master or above degree in Clinical Medicine, Nursing orHealthcareManagement   --Proficient in English, both speaking and writing   --Frequent short term business travel in China
