As the global supply chain planning organization, global supply network management is responsible for planning, designing, and managing the overall supply network architecture of the company. Candidates for this position must be forward-looking in the development of global supply network planning and management. Fully leverage their professional capabilities and management capabilities, lead the team to build a global supply network layout for multiple industries and regions, and provide overall business throughout the supply chain business, it is an great opportunity to achieve a personal career breakthrough platform.
Responsibility:
- Align with the company's development strategy, learn from leading practices in the industry, gain insight into industry trends, grasp competition dynamics, and lead the future-oriented global supply network planning (carrier and enterprise network)
- Build and optimize the global supply network planning and design for the company's multiple industries, and facilitate the implementation and effective operation of the optimization/planning
- Be able to lead the completion of digital modeling of the product/regional supply network, explore the method of adapting to Huawei's real-time supply network, and effectively evaluate the supply network
Qualifications:
- 10+ years business experience with a demonstrated knowledge of SCM operation and “Best Practices”. Extensive experience in the areas of Business Planning, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning , Finance Planning, IBP
- 5+ years of VP/Director/Senior Manager experience as preferred. Candidates with full experience of planning and operation in Enterprise Business, such as IT \Consumer Electronics are highly wanted
Professional Knowledge:
- Have a proficient command of the cutting-edge methods and tools for supply chain network planning and design
- Have a proficient command of the operation mode of the supply chain related industry chain
- Be familiar with the knowledge of each business domain of the supply chain (planning, production, order management, logistics planning, etc.)
Business Skills:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, good oral/written communication skills, and process facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated change management skills.
- Capability to build relationships internally & externally.
- Flexibility to seek & incorporate input from others into the plan/solid track record for effectively managing/developing a team.
