About Animal Health Business

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve in a timely manner the tests conducted within the cell and virus laboratories. This includes virus titration, exogenous virus testing, cell and molecule based testing and other miscellaneous testing.
- Lead the trend analysis for the cell, molecule and virus based testing.
- Lead OOS/OOT investigation happens in cell and virus lab.
- Provide technical leadership and assistance to laboratory staff. Evaluates opportunities for improvement and provides corrective action through SOP/GMP/technical training for laboratory staff to enhance testing quality and efficiency.
- Assures that all procedures/ test methods used within the laboratory are validated/verified, approved and current. All equipment used is calibrated/validated. All reagents/standards used are within expiration dates and properly characterized.
- Helps with the planning of both capital and expense budgets and assist to assure expenses are within the budgets
- Complete other relevant work.
Qualifications
- Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above.
- Major: Veterinary Medicine, Biology and other relevant area.
- Language skills & proficiency:Chinese: Native; English good.
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): software skills, office, word, good communication skills etc.
