About Animal Health Business

Duties& Responsibilities - Be responsible for the operation & maintenance of utility, HVAC as well as field management.
- Proactively conduct safety observation on responsible system; behave as per all valid BI safety rules; and supervise contractors’ site work safety.
- Acknowledge and follow subject standard, keep effective liaison with local authorities, and lead related improvement to make operation in compliance with regulatory.
- Perform daily inspection on responsible system. Find、report and solve abnormal.
- Conduct preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance for responsible system, via CMMS system. Continuously improve equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and establish excellent equipment maintenance process.
- Responsible for charged system’s budget plan, spare parts, consumables, chemicals, commissioning, renovation, construction, and schedule control, ensue to comply with local authorities and corporation.
- Sufficient communication to comprehend the demands of other departments, ensure all company policies and site plan implemented.
- Analyze operation data and seek potential saving opportunity.

Qualification
Education/ degree requirement: Bachelor and above. Major: Engineering. language skill: Can read and write English. Required certifications: HV electrician certificateis preferred. Required experiences/ Skills:Minimum 5 years related experience; Utility/HVAC operation know-how is necessary; Strong coordination, analytical, judgment, communication and problem solving skill; Familiar with GMP and working experience in pharma or medical device is plus.
