JobResponsibilities
- Responsible for processing caller enquirers and customer visits in a prompt and courteous manner; collecting patient information and feedbacks; keep tracking all potential patients; educating on services scope and admission/discharge processes and procedures; handling schedule appointments; reminding patient about follow-up visits; Providing translation services for Chinese client as needed; answering questions from patients, clerical staff, and insurance companies, as well as identify and resolve patient issues and complaints to ensure a great experience for them.
- Assist patient communication, patient survey, patient data analyzing and patient activity programs.
- Responsible for collecting, posting and managing account payments; maintaining records of medical billing and claims, settlements, and medical insurance. He or she should be expected to prepare and submit claims to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper.
- Review accounts for possible assignments and prepares information for the collections agency. He or she also should take responsible for generating the daily & monthly reports according to management request.
- Assign different corresponding codes to make sure that a medical facility is accurately billed whenever the physicians needs to make a diagnosis or perform a procedure, and also have to verify the diagnoses and the procedures with the physicians to avoid discrepancies in the future.
- Perform all Company business in accordance with all regulations and Company policy and procedures. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts.
- Flexibility to be on call and work on weekends;
- Perform other duties assigned by Rehab Management and clinical team when needed;
