JobResponsibilities
?Responsibleforprocessingcallerenquirersandcustomervisitsinapromptandcourteousmanner;collectingpatientinformationandfeedbacks;keeptrackingallpotentialpatients;educatingonservicesscopeandadmission/dischargeprocessesandprocedures;handlingscheduleappointments;remindingpatientaboutfollow-upvisits;ProvidingtranslationservicesforChineseclientasneeded;answeringquestionsfrompatients,clericalstaff,andinsurancecompanies,aswellasidentifyandresolvepatientissuesandcomplaintstoensureagreatexperienceforthem.
? Assistpatientcommunication,patientsurvey,patientdataanalyzingandpatientactivityprograms.
?Responsibleforcollecting,postingandmanagingaccountpayments;maintainingrecordsofmedicalbillingandclaims,settlements,andmedicalinsurance.Heorsheshouldbeexpectedtoprepareandsubmitclaimstovariousinsurancecompanieseitherelectronicallyorbypaper.
?Reviewaccountsforpossibleassignmentsandpreparesinformationforthecollectionsagency.Heorshealsoshouldtakeresponsibleforgeneratingthedaily&monthlyreportsaccordingtomanagementrequest.
?Assigndifferentcorrespondingcodestomakesurethatamedicalfacilityisaccuratelybilledwheneverthephysiciansneedstomakeadiagnosisorperformaprocedure,andalsohavetoverifythediagnosesandtheprocedureswiththephysicianstoavoiddiscrepanciesinthefuture.
