Job Responsibility 崗位職責：
Proficient in single or multiple modules of supply chain management. 精通供應鏈管理單個或多個模塊。
Planning 計劃：
- Drive for S&OP. Lead S&OP and MPS processes at corporate level and identify internal and external bottlenecks. Manage bottlenecks issues by co-ordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, production). 推動銷售與運營計劃。領導公司級S&OP和MPS流程，識別內部和外部瓶頸。通過與客戶和關鍵資源（供應商、生產）協調行動來管理瓶頸問題。
Purchasing 采購：
- Supplier/Supply Capacity management and ensure on time delivery. Liaise with planning/business team in demand/supply planning to ensure of timely supply, improve delivery service level to end customer. 供應商/供應能力管理，確保按時交貨。與計劃、業務團隊在需求/供應鏈計劃方面保持聯系，確保及時供應，提高對最終客戶的交付服務水平。
Logistics 物流：
- Plan and develop the logistics network and process. Build logistics capabilities across all transportation modes. To develop a reliable, high quality, cost-effective, agile transportation based on Customers’ and Commercial requirements. 規劃和發展物流網絡和流程。建立跨越所有運輸方式的物流能力。根據客戶和商業需求，開發可靠、高質量、低成本、靈活的交通運輸。
Inventory 庫存：
- Inventory management to optimize regional inventory structure. Establish and maintain safety stock settings and continuous improve safety stock level, executing timely inventory replenishment, and managing inventory-related exceptions or issues reduce risk inventory. 庫存管理以優化區域庫存結構。建立和維護安全庫存設置，持續提高安全庫存水平，及時執行庫存補充，管理庫存相關的異常或問題，減少庫存風險。
Process and Daily Operations 過程和日常操作：
- Drive improvement in supply chain process. Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to manage the best balance between service and supply chain costs. 推動供應鏈流程的改進。制定和實施卓越運營計劃，以管理服務和供應鏈成本之間的***平衡。
- Daily operational management and monitoring; risk and opportunity identification, regional and functional reviews; KPI and project status; monthly operation reviews. 日常運營管理與監控；風險和機會識別、區域和職能審查；關鍵績效指標和項目狀態；每月運營回顧。
Job Requirement 職位要求：
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above degree. Language: Good English (both verbal and writing) is preferred. 教育程度：全日制本科學士學位或以上學歷。語言：英語流利優先。
- More than 10 years working experience of supply chain such as planning or purchasing or logistics management etc in large foreign companies or well-known domestic enterprises. Ability to design supply chain delivery strategy and manage global supply chain operations. 有10年以上大型外企或國內知名企業供應鏈，比如計劃或采購或物流管理等工作經驗。具備供應鏈交付戰略設計以及全球供應鏈運營管理能力。
- Project management or related experience is preferred. Deep knowledge of implementing and managing key operational processes across a complex environment. 有項目管理及流程梳理相關經驗優先，擅長在復雜環境中實施和推進關鍵業務流程。
- Skill:6SigmaBBorPMP/CSCMcertificationispreferred.技能：具有六西格瑪黑帶或PMP項目管理師或CSCM注冊供應鏈管理師認證證書優先。
