職位描述
1.Reponsible for the machine routine patrol and preventive maintenance. And record in the Maximo system.
負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備日常點(diǎn)檢及預(yù)防性維修保養(yǎng)，并及時(shí)記錄在Maximo系統(tǒng)中。
2.Machine fault analysis and make the preventive plan.
設(shè)備故障分析，制定改進(jìn)預(yù)防措施。
3.Prepare the machine spare parts plan.
準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備備件。
4.Eliminate the machine potential risk in time.
及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并消除設(shè)備潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
5.Provide qualification/validation support following the internal procedure.
根據(jù)內(nèi)部規(guī)定，提供設(shè)備驗(yàn)證支持。
6.Implement all the maintenance jobs according with the GMP requirement.
根據(jù)GMP要求，執(zhí)行維修保養(yǎng)工作。
7.Ensure all the maintenance activities compliance with the EHS requirement.
確保所有維修工作符合EHS規(guī)定。
8.Take other jobs assigned by superior.
執(zhí)行其它上級交付的任務(wù)。
Experiences Desired
相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
1. 5 years or above maintenance related experience in Food or Pharmaceutical industry etc;
五年或以上食品、制藥等相關(guān)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)場維修相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Well experienced in the field of equipment maintenance or equipment qualification in pharmaceutical industry.
在制藥企業(yè)設(shè)備維護(hù)或設(shè)備驗(yàn)證方面具備豐富的知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Good knowlede and practice experience at PdM tools such as vibration analyse, infrared thermal imager, ultrosonic diagnosis, laser alinmetn etc. And good knowledge and experience at FMEA.
具備良好的PdM系統(tǒng)知識體系，具備振動(dòng)分析、紅外熱成像儀、超聲波診斷、激光對中儀、油液分析等相關(guān)使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉FMEA并具備實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的學(xué)歷和專業(yè)資格，含語言能力
1. University graduate in one of the following fields: mechanical engineering, electric and automation engineering. Pharmaceutical related major is preferred.
機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及制造，電氣控制自動(dòng)化專業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷，制藥設(shè)備相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Good ability to listen, speak, read and write in both English and Chinese
具有良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力。

1. Ability to use MS Office, Auto CAD.
