MAIN TASKS:
1, Development of new products for enteral applications in accordance with product development manager and head of EN DC.
2, Assist product development manager to carry out lab trials and pilot trials within the process development.
3, Assist product development manager to carry out stability testing within the process development, including the physical testing of product.
4, Participating in drafting product development related documentation within the process development and product registration, including the technical protocol, reports and registration document.
5, Assist in verification of the lab and pilot plant equipment including the respective documentation according to the applicable SOPs
6, Participating in management and maintenance of lab equipment.
7, Participation and contribution in the compilation and implementation of quality assurance procedures (SOP)
8, Other tasks related to product development
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1, Master Degree in food technology or applied nutrition science (e. g. food science, food engineering, process technology, food chemistry) .
2, 1-3 years of experience in the process technology of the food industry, preferably the FSMP industry or liquid dairy processing industry
3, Knowledge of FSMP regulations and guidelines.
4, Knowledge of the specific properties of proteins and emulsions (solubility, stability, rheology, protein chemistry)
