- Support the development of the EHS system and the application of all EHS requirements
支持與維護(hù)安全健康體系的發(fā)展和日常的工作符合健康安全環(huán)境要求
- Support the product transfers in collaboration with the Engineering and Quality departments
與工程團(tuán)隊(duì)與質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,支持新產(chǎn)品的轉(zhuǎn)移項(xiàng)目

· Support the development of the EHS system and the application of all EHS requirements/支持與維護(hù)安全環(huán)境健康體系的發(fā)展和日常的工作符合安全環(huán)境健康體系的要求
· Ensure that EHS policies and actions are implemented. Ensure that all reports are trained and follow the EHS policies/確保EHS方針被執(zhí)行,確保所有的活動(dòng)經(jīng)過EHS方針的培訓(xùn)
· In case of near miss, findings or accidents, lead or participate to the investigation and CAPA Process/當(dāng)發(fā)生EHS事件,發(fā)現(xiàn)以及EHS事故時(shí),能夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與參與調(diào)查以及開展預(yù)防措施
· Support the development of the Quality system and the application of all quality requirements/支持與維護(hù)質(zhì)量體系的發(fā)展和日常的工作符合質(zhì)量要求
· Ensure all manufacturing operations are performed in line with procedures and work instructions defined in the quality system/ 確保所有的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)都符合質(zhì)量體系中所規(guī)定的程序文件要求
· Maintain the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices/ 現(xiàn)場維持GMP的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
· Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards; /開展與維護(hù)好生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)及看板
· Applies Process Excellence and Lean Techniques to optimize performance/運(yùn)用卓越的流程管理和精益技術(shù)改善現(xiàn)場績效
· according to their demonstrated training and qualification/ 維護(hù)好最新及準(zhǔn)確的員工技能矩陣,根據(jù)員工的表現(xiàn)與授證確保資源與工作被合理分配
· Manage the operators incentive system ;/管理好員工激勵(lì)
· In collaboration with the engineering department, develop and or lead actions to improve productivity, efficiency and consumable cost/同工程團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與開展項(xiàng)目提升生產(chǎn)率,效率以及降低消耗品費(fèi)用
Adapt resources to follow the production schedule, reduce lead time and back orders for the best customer services while reducing inventory / 運(yùn)用相應(yīng)遵循生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,縮短訂單交貨時(shí)間同時(shí)降低庫存,保持做好的客戶服務(wù)
任職資格
知識(shí)/教育程度
University Degree/大學(xué)學(xué)位
經(jīng)驗(yàn)/能力要求
- Must Have 4-7 Year Experience in manufacturing environment, production management is plus/必須具備4-7年制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices is plus/醫(yī)療器械或器材經(jīng)驗(yàn)背景優(yōu)先
- Excellent English Speaker/Writer/英語說寫優(yōu)異
- Effective Communicator/有效溝通
- Problem Solving Ability/問題解決能力
