Job Description:

?Identify potential problem in time by shop floor  inspection & other preventive maintenance activity.

?Lead PPS ，and resolve the  problem thoroughly.

?Implement SHE policy and standards and ensure  compliance during work.

?Organize TPM activity.

?Establish and carry out routine preventive equipment  maintenance plan 

?Project management

?Establish & optimize the maintenance strategy

?Organize and Involve spare parts ordering

?Check the GMP relative record regularly

?Record all maintenance activity promptly both in  SAP and GMP related document 

?Equipment document management

?Drive CI activity and standardize the achievement.

?Involve in Validation & Revalidation activity.

?Prepare & provide training to operator so that  the equipment can be able to operated properly and safety

?Knowledge sharing with team member

Job Requirements：

?Bachelor degree or  above, major in mechanical or electrical automation engineering.

? Pharma.  Packaging knowledge and technical solutions.

?Maintenance  on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components. 

?8  years of working experience technical related.

?Fluent English in reading,  writing & speaking。

?Good MS office skill.

? AutoCAD and PLC maintenance  skills are prefer.

?Good technical Management and  communication internally or externally.

?Familiar with business related  regulation / standard.
