Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of HVAV system in the Site, including preventive maintenance, system adjustment, fault maintenance, equipment modification and spare parts management, to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning system and guarantee the medium supply
? Automation control system daily management, including backup the key parameters, daily operation/maintenance management, fault processing, spare parts plan, etc.; Provide technical support to the production and other departments, to ensure production and laboratory equipment reliable;
? Set up spare part management system, set up spare part storage and basic stock to ensure utility operation
? Responsible for the mechanical and electrical system daily maintenance management, Preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, spare parts management, ensure equipment running normally provide technical support to production and other departments
? Modification design of HVAC, automatic control system, electromechanical equipment, on-site monitoring, project acceptance, drawing update, etc.
? GMP compliance in daily operation
? As an employee in Taizhou Supply Site, everyone should be responsible for health and safe、environment protection of him/herself and colleagues, assist company to continually improve the performance and reputation.
? Establish maintenance outsourcing strategy
? Outsourced maintenance service proposal and justification for those none core value part business
? Contractor management to insure AZ standard or policy compliance
? Paper work or report upon request
? Functional support
? Documentation
Requirements:
? University degree, major in HVAC, refrigeration engineering, mechatronics ，automation control or related major
? Operation of HVAC System
?Operation and Maintenance of Building Monitoring System
? Utility operation and maintenance management
? Trouble shooting and problem solving skill in utility operation
? 5 years or above related working experience, air conditioning system operation and maintenance, equipment maintenance or computerized system management experience
? Familiar with factory utilities and equipment operation and maintenance (such as: steam system, HVAC system, chiller, boiler, fan, etc.)
? Understand BMS (Building Monitoring System) for HVAC system control logic and control mode
? Familiar with computer equipment management system, such as, SAP system
