             Job Purpose  (State in one sentence the overall objective of the   job)     

 

  

Inventory Management for HK; IC trade for HK; Payroll Booking/Accrual for CN & HK; NPMR reports for HK

  

 

             Major Accountabilities  (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved   )     

 Inventory Management for HK including invoice matching, monthly reconciliation, cost analysis, inventory provision calculation and stock-take.

1. Make journal entries at the month end for Payroll related booking to ensure all vouchers with proper approval and booked accurately.

2. Intercompany trade transactions and month end reconciliation for HK.

3. Be in charge of monthly NPMR reports for HK, Including reporting information collection & preparation, reporting input, reconciliation, problem investigation.

4. Assist in annual audit and company annual check.

5. Prepare monthly NPMR report and management report for HK

6. Support data preparation and testing for SAP project

7. Ad-hoc requirement assigned by line manager.
