JobPurpose

Alcon CN&HK Inventory management/IC trade invoice matching & payment/Alcon HK GL.

Major Accountabilities 、

Inventory management including inventory reconciliation and movement analyst, inventory provision/adjustment/Write off….. For both Alcon China and Alcon HK.

• Communicate with supply chain and BPA for inventory provision accurately and on time. 

• IC trade invoice matching, IC trade month end reconciliation, IC payment forecast and arrangement and supporting document preparation, IC month end GIT calculation and booking in system.

• Alcon HK GL including cash pooling management, payroll, accrual, bank charge and interest booking.

• BSR preparation and aging follow up.

KeyPerformanceIndicators

Ensure inventory provision calculation with sufficient supporting and appropriate approval, and compliance with NAM/AAP,

• Inventory provision, adjustment and write off are booked accurately and on time.

• Ensure inventory reconciled between inventory sub ledger and general ledger.

• Ensure IC invoices are matched on time, and payment arrangement with sufficient supporting and payment release on time.

• Ensure IC reconciled on monthly basis and GIT is booked accurate.

• Ensure Alcon HK payroll and accrual are booked accurately and on time.

• Ensure BSR prepared following timeline and aged items are followed up timely.

Qualification

• Over 5 years in MNC with experience in GL 
• Big 4 accounting firms is preferred. 
• Good skills on communication 
• ExperiencewithERP(SAP)ispreferred.
