Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
Support the establishment of order management process;
Daily sales order supporting review and order processing in the ERP system;
Order reconciliation with DO information, master data eg customer, product, price;
Regular open order and back order review;
Order issue detection and solution due to system error;
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of order processing;
Provide training to sales team and CS team of service provider;
Month end closing support
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance will be measured: indicators, activities…)
? Ability to meet daily and monthly order processing with accurate deliverables and no major issues from financial statement reviews
? Accurate implementation of NFCM, timely testing of all key controls and reporting, follow up on deficiencies with other functions
? Ability to manage the customer service from service provider
? Good and active communication with internal team and CS team of service provider, timely and accurate order processing
? Establishment of efficient processes including implementation and maintenance of systems and interfaces

Education: BS in accounting /management minimum Languages: Good reading& writing in English Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
