銷售運營專員 (Contractor)

General Information

• Title: Sales Operation Specialist 
• Organization: SOE Directly
• Reporting to: Sales Operation Manager     

Major Accountabilities

• Coordination between sales, finance, Supply chain on Contract management.

• Coordination with different team on sales proposal review and approval.

• Sales related data analysis by requirement as well as the report preparation.

• Work with the sales team on sales forecasting and direct Sales report assembly.

• Coordination in department's internal meetings.

Ideal Background

                Education:  Bachelor’s   Degree or above in related area. 

                Languages: Fluent in   both written and spoken English.         

                Experience/Professional Requirement: 

• Experience in multinational company in sales admin, working experience in medical device is highly preferred. 
• Good adaptation, work under pressure.
• Commitments with a high sense of urgency.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skill, team player.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
