PrincipalAccountabilities
KOL management
Develop long term scientific relationships to facilitatescientific exchange of relevant and pertinent information with a variety ofexternal stakeholders
Identify, maintain KOLs network by tracking, analyzing andreporting of KOLs advocacy, contribution and publication status
Develop professional relationships with targeting KOLs.
Seek KOLs’ contribution on providing advises to Servier products.
Provide and discuss scientific information and data to physiciansby face to face visiting, speaker training and scientific communications.
- Manage unsolicited requests /objections by physicians.
Meeting/Events
Act as a speaker to present at Servier/Society sponsoredactivities for up-to-date data based scientific and clinical information onTherapeutic Area and/or Servier product.
Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support to facilitatelisting of products in medical guidelines, RDL, formularies as appropriate.
Participate in cross functional meetings as appropriate andsharing feed-back of targeting KOLs advocacy and contribution.
- Tailor and adapt speaker slides
Clinical trials/Studies
Contribute to the identification and recommendation of appropriateKOL involvements and participants in Servier sponsored clinical trials.
- Identify and coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies
Cross Functional Contribution
As a member of project team, support local Marketing/Sales dept.by providing scientific expertise’s point of view.
Refresh MTK/Sales team with updated clinical progress.
Collect frequently asked questions and propose answers to relevantMedical Advisors.
Provide medical training as needed
Share information regarding local clinical progress/KOL opinionswith Medical advisors and other concerned function
Qualifications & Experiences Required
Knowledge/Academic Qualification:
Master’sdegree or above in medicine relevant area.
Skills:
Fluent both in oral and written English and Chinese
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Skill in one of the Medical Information handling, Clinical trialmanagement areas, or medical compliance.
Familiar with the principle of MNC Medical Affairs relatedprocess.
Negotiation
Experience:
Clinical medicineeducation background;
More than 2 years clinical practice experience in relevanttreatment area;
More than 1 year work experience in pharmaceutical company as amember of medical affair;
Competency:
Strong leadership and people management
Proactive attitude, open minded, decisive, resolving issues independently.
